Sales & Marketing Account Manager

Fine & Country Interior Design is about bringing together the property and interior design industries. Our small focused team is dedicated to the marketing and business development of our architects and design firm clients. Formally linked to the Fine & Country real estate business, based in South West London we are looking for a new team member to bring impact within this very active property network.

It is essential that any candidate has an interest and some experience in property, interior design and/or architecture. F&C Interior Design are responsible for managing over 20 designers, architects and styling specialists to help build their project pipelines and enhance the marketing and PR output.

As with most small businesses personality and passion is key. This role will be account managing some of our most important design firms as well as liaising with key players across the property network on a daily basis. The role offers autonomy and creative thinking within our team. We are looking for team players who are on a constant look-out to improve and innovate how we work. With us, no two days are ever the same.

Account Management:

  • Overseeing and managing 8 – 10 design firms (architects and interior designers)
  • Reporting on business development and marketing exposure
  • Training and supporting design firms to help them get the best out of the network
  • Assisting design firms with finding and converting new client projects, from following up enquiries, putting together new client briefs, to setting up appointments for them to meet.

New Business:

  • Sourcing new potential design firms to join the network
  • Speaking to agents across the network to educate them on design and architecture and build key relationships within each office
  • Key reporting and forecasting

Marketing

  • Assisting the CEO with devising and implementing a strategy to further the F&C ID message across the network to bring in new clients and grow the brand
  • Seeking new ways to improve and distribute effective marketing collateral
  • Overseeing all digital marketing strategy and creative direction to include newsletters, social media and blogs.
