We are seeking a Regional Manager who is driven by delivering exceptional customer service and has solid people management and technical building management experience.
What you'll be doing:
PeopleProvide coaching, mentoring and guidance where staff development needs have been identified to maintain standards of service and enhance skills and capability across a team. Lead cross-functional meetings and discussions to set and review the regional priorities and seek solutions and improvements. Plan and adapt resource requirements to allow for property manager capacity enabling them to deliver effectively. Identify and deliver on-going training needs to support the development of direct reports, utilising appropriate internal and external methods and support. Conduct frequent reviews with property manager's providing constructive feedback and coaching, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met.
CommercialLead, mentor and develop your team of property managers to ensure service is delivered to the highest standard Lead regional new business leads with overall growth and profitable intention including sales meetings, presentations and bids. Lead profitability reviews with property manager's to ensure schemes remain profitable and are provided with the required and agreed level of service Lead and support property manager action plans for "at risk" schemes ensuring preventative measures are in place for those that are vulnerable. Collaborate with our procurement team providing feedback and support to the Contractor Network, continuously seeking value for money and best service to customers. Monitoring and auditing KPI's for portfolio to adhere to compliance and Health & Safety policies and procedures. Provides effective feedback and communication to director on overall regional performance against key performance indicators and the relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA).
OperationalDevelop and lead the 12 month regional operational strategy in line with the divisional strategy Demonstrable knowledge of complex mechanical and electrical structures and future building innovation Able to advise on building structures and components and to supervise major works project deliverables to ensure excellent customer care, exemplary contractor performance and project completion within scope and specification. Lead governance / operations reviews ensuring strict compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation across the region.
