Commercial Property Development Director

HAMPTON BROOK – was established in 1996 and is now a prominent wholly privately owned Commercial Developer working in all sectors whilst concentrating on B2/B8 with occasional office, retail and mixed use developments. Most notably has recently delivered through the option and planning process 1.7 m sq.ft. at Junction 16 of the M.1 and currently bringing forward more sites the largest currently being 2.4m sq.ft. and the smallest 30,000 sq.ft.

Whilst Hampton Brook is based in Northampton town centre, the successful candidate may also wish to work out of London.

We continue to expand through Strategic land acquisitions and purchases of consented sites and require an enthusiastic and highly motivated Development Director who is experienced in the following areas

  • Building good relationships with Commercial Agents
  • Identifying and acquiring sites
  • negotiating land options and purchases
  • Planning and layout design
  • negotiation with local authorities  etc
  • Team appointment and co-ordination
  • overseeing planning applications
  • Agency appointments and co-ordination
  • Negotiate with occupiers
  • Secure Forward Funding Partners
  • Oversee Delivery Team –building contractors /employers agents etc
