Commercial Agency Negotiator in well-established West End firm
Fantastic opportunity to join well-known West End commercial property agency. Handling a variety of lettings in the office, retail and leisure sector, you will have the chance to make your mark as a key member of a small but busy Agency team.
The role involves representing both landlords and tenants working across an interesting and diverse mix of jobs.
You will thrive under pressure and you will be equally comfortable whether working on your own - or as part of the team to ensure individual and collective targets are achieved. The agency is well known for producing entrepreneurial negotiators and you will continue this rich tradition by developing new business and re-engaging with the firm's former clients and contacts.
Ideally RICS qualified, you will be a good people person but you will also demonstrate excellent attention to detail and recognize the need to be committed to the less exciting aspects of the job. This might involve creating a database, researching details for potential landlords, occupiers, operators and investors and ensuring all targets are not just approached but carefully followed up.
We want to find an agent who has a complete understanding of the transactional process from start to finish. A sound working knowledge of the West End and the South East is important and some property management experience would be a plus too.
