Your new role
As a senior surveyor you will work on your own or support a team delivering a wide variety of more complex professional and higher value contract services for public and private clients. Services will be delivered across a number of sectors including healthcare, industrial, and education, commercial, residential, government, leisure & Culture. You will lead on individual Building Surveying & Contract Administration commissions. Assisting with the preparation of fee bids and conducting a portfolio of fee based activities with our key multi sector client base.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need industry experience working in a consultancy environment delivering advice based commissions such as surveys, party walls, dilapidations and asset data capture commissions. You will have a full UK driving licence and be MRICS Certified.
