You will have experience running high value projects and a background in surveying. You will be confident managing your own projects and ideally have worked in the Public Sector.

This public sector organisation based in Derbyshire have a highly skilled property department that are involved in construction projects from design and inception through to handover. They currently have a temporary Project Manager job on an ongoing basis.
Your new role
You will working as a Project Manager within a public sector organisation. You will be responsible for managing your own projects within the construction and property design team, across various sectors including leisure and hospitality. You will manage all stages of the project, working with consultants and contractors on a daily basis, visiting site when necessary and reporting back on progress to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
Driving licence and vehicle access essential for the role.
What you'll get in return
You will be working on an ongoing temporary basis with a competitive hourly rate. You will be paid on a weekly basis and you will have access to an online portal to submit and manage timesheets.
