HR Manager - SWF / Hospitality - Abu Dhabi
Our client is one of the worlds largest Sovereign Wealth Funds based in Abu Dhabi, who are currently looking to hire an HR Manager for one of their portfolio subsidiaries.
The role will cover planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices as well as supporting the Head of HR with the effective running of daily human resources operations.
The successful candidate will also be heavily involved in ensuring the HR function is well aligned with the overall company strategy.
I am looking to speak with candidates who hold a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within HR, ideally in the hotels/hospitality industry (4/5 star hotels only). They must posses training and experience across labour law, compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and labour relations.
A degree in HR, business or organization development as a minimum is a must. Arabic speaking would be highly beneficial.
