This firm is an independent property and construction consultancy with over 50 years of experience in the industry, providing building surveying, project management and cost consultancy advice across the UK.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to join the flagship Bristol office with more than 80 staff currently present. You will be joining the building surveying team and straight away working alongside the team on the current projects. You will have the opportunity to experience real task diversity and have the opportunity to learn every day.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying. It is beneficial if you have previous consultancy experience, however relevant project experience from your degree will also be considered.

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to complete your APC thanks to in-house assessors and coaches with pass rate of over 90%. On offer is also competitive salary and a comprehensive rewards package.
