Due to exceptional growth over the past five years, a private business are now seeking to make the permanent appointment of an Estates Manager.
Your new company
A thriving, private sector business with their head office based in Lancashire, that has a national portfolio with a growing pipeline of commercial property.
Your new role
You will be required to manage all aspects of the Estate, from Maintenance, budgetary requirements and all negotiation surrounding rent reviews & lease renewals with Landlords. You will also be instrumental in setting up the annual budgets for rent, business rates and service charges. An additional part of you role would be to manage 1 Estates Surveyor to support the smooth running of the Estate. You will be required to travel nationally on occasion to visit the estates properties but you have the option to work from home or from the Lancashire office.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is absolutely essential.
You will need to MRICS/FRICS qualified with a property related degree.
Previous experience of leadership & management.
