Valuation surveyor, commercial, £35000 - £45000, Derbyshire, GP surveying practice, MRICS, registered valuer

Your new company
You will work for a Derbyshire based Commercial property agency, working as a Valuation Surveyor. This company have been operating for over 20 years, and have experience significant success over this period.

Your new role
You will work as a Valuation Surveyor, working on largely commercial valuations, mostly bank lending security valuations across the East Midlands. There is the option to build up your valuation work or supplement with other professional work such as L+T.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS Valuer, and have a strong understanding of the East Midlands market. You will have experience in commercial properties, and be keen to work for a business that offers work life balance, as well as progression.
