Your new role
The Building Consultancy department provides Building Surveying and Project Management services to commercial property occupiers, developers and investors throughout the UK. As an Associate Director on the Building Surveying side of the department, you will be working closely with a range of commercial clients to provide a full range of professional projects based Building Surveying services. Part of your role will be to develop existing client relationships and to identify with new business opportunities.
You will be reporting to the Director of Building Surveying and managing a small team of Surveyors within London. You will occasionally be required to support some of the other offices across the UK to meet the client's demands and to help streamline the delivery of complex Building Surveying instructions.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you must be an MRICS Building Surveyor at either a senior level, looking to step into an Associate Director role or an existing Associate Director Building Surveyor with a strong background working within the commercial market. Majority of the instructions that you will be delivering will be on the professional side, so you must be technically capable on confident delivering professional Building Surveying instructions. The ideal candidate for this role will be commercially minded and confident when liaising with clients and cross selling other services offered by the firm.
