MRICS Building Surveyor - Central London Office - Commercial Property Team - £60K basic + package

Your new company

I have recently been instructed by a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy to speak with available MRICS Building Surveyor about an opportunity within their Central London office. This client works across a range of sectors such as commercial, education, health and residential. With offices across the UK and dedicated teams within Building Surveying, Health and Safety, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Planning, they are able to offer a "one stop shop" service to their clients.

Your new role

As an MRICS Building Surveyor within the Central London Commercial team, you will be tasked with delivering a range of professional and projects based Building Surveying instructions. Majority of the clients that you will be engaging with are private investors, institutional occupiers, estates and hedge funds. Part of your role within the team will be to assist the Director with identifying new business opportunities and to develop client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

For this role you need to be an MRICS Building Surveyor with experience within the commercial sector. The instructions that you will be delivering are evenly split across professional and projects based, so you will need to have experience carrying out a full range of building surveying instructions. Having the ability to confidently liaise with clients and to sell the services of the company is an important aspect.

What you'll get in return
