Our client is a prestigious University based in Central London. Due to an increase in work flow projects, there is now a need for a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join this successful, hard working team.

As the Facilities Coordinator you will work as part of a diverse team to assist in the efficient operation of all sites related and teaching room support throughout the University.

There will be a particular focus on providing support for course delivery. This includes ensuring all furniture, hardware, and audio visual equipment is operating to the highest standards to meet the diverse requirements of staff and students.

This is a client facing roles with a wide array of general responsibilities and activities. You will carry out all general maintenance tasks, repairs and painting for the centre. You will be responsible for preparing teaching rooms on a daily basis. You will undertake post room duties. You will be responsible for liaising with contractors, maintaining facilities records and ensuring the adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.

The successful applicant will have a good level of education and be computer literate and a proactive approach to problem solving and experience of providing excellent customer service.

Whilst not essential, a basic knowledge of course delivery and course materials production would be desirable.
