Hays Property & Surveying are excited to be working with yet another fantastic West End surveying practice that are looking to strengthen their Commercial Property Management division.
Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a highly rated West End private practice who has been building strong client relations for over 50 years. Acting for pension funds, insurance and property companies, developers, trusts and private investors throughout the UK, they provide a complete range of property investment and fund management services.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be joining a strong team with a proven track record of providing professional property management services. As a property management surveyor you will be responsible for the end to end property management, maximising rental income and reducing tenant arrears. You will assist and support the asset managers in connection to rent reviews, lettings, lease renewals and surrenders. There will be a large focus around service charge budgeting, reconciliations, dealing with tenant applications, undertaking inspections and client reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
A relevant RICS accredited degree or MRICS equivalent, with a proven track record delivering professional property management services. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to property manage complex multi tenanted assets & mixed used portfolios across the UK. It's crucial to have strong service charge management, tenant / client engagement and lease management skills.
