They provide the means to improve efficiency of complex tasks and processes where in depth expert knowledge would generally be required throughout.
Your new job role
Your new role will be to effectively manage the change within business operations and processes across multiple sites throughout London. You will be responsible for the planning, scope and implementation of changes in order to successfully install a more effective operational platform on completion.
You will be expected to prepare realistic project plans and strategies, accounting for potential risks and developing contingency plans, controlling issues and working pro-actively to maintain schedule and budget.
You will be required to produce fully costed business cases for the provision of digital and service developments.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to work effectively across multiple projects and disciplines as you will be expected to manage a number of different projects at any given time.
You will need to be able to highlight and communicate the benefits of and the need for change to a varied team across businesses.
You will need to have a background of continually delivering on project & programme rollouts, in particular those with a dependency on ICT delivery.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to focus and co-ordinate the efforts of a varied team in order to achieve a shared target.
You will need to possess planning skills based on common office tool kits, proven competence with financial tracking & budgeting, excellent communicative ability both verbal and written at all levels and across a wide range of industries.
You must be results driven and motivated to succeed, committed and capable of earning respect of senior members and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications are PRINCE2, MSP, Champs2, Lean or Six Sigma. Any other change management related certification will also be beneficial
You will need to agree to a DBS in order to comply with Government Security Personnel Verification Process.
