Role overview:

The Compliance Analyst's within the Compliance Team are responsible for scheduling planned maintenance programmes throughout the FirstPort estate. Working closely with Contract Coordinators, Property Managers and the wider business the Compliance Analyst will ensure that data input and programming management is of the highest standard thus ensuring FirstPort's compliance programme is managed to the highest statutory legislation possible.

 

The role requires flexibility and adaptability as the compliance team take responsibility for wider statutory compliance and Health and Safety Management.

 

What you'll be doing:

-Managing incoming contractor certification

-Ensuring certification conforms to naming convention

-Uploading certificates

-Managing Property Managers update information

-Amending maintenance schedules

-Assisting with requisition & purchase order information

 

The role requires flexibility and adaptability as the compliance team take responsibility for wider statutory compliance and Health and Safety Management

 

Who you'll be report to: Data Team Leader

 

What you'll be responsible for:

-Implementing processes for capturing data from contractors, ensuring the system is kept up to date, organised and structured to meet service requirements

-Validating contract data and ensuring the system is accurately populated

-Analysing compliance certification in conjunction with the Contracts team and producing reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as required

-Managing efficient input to IT systems to support compliance team remit
