The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Analyst to come and join the Investment and Developments department. The department is an integral part of the business responsible for; appraising acquisitions, managing the Galliard Group portfolio, debt financing and reporting to the Board & External Stakeholder. The Development Analyst will provide key support within all areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial appraisals & cash flow models for new and existing projects
  • Overseeing and ensuring current projects operate as per the business plan
  • Preparing presentations in order to obtain development financing
  • Working with the internal legal team & external solicitors on both new acquisitions, disposals & debt financing
  • Producing weekly sales reports on all sites
  • Producing monthly sales, construction, planning and financial report
  • Assisting with the Quarterly Management report

 

The Person

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders within the business
  • Experience/knowledge of finance and /or property law is highly desirable
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of financial statements and cash flow analysis
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Must be educated to Bachelor Degree level or higher within Real Estate
  • FCA regulated
