Hays are working with one of the largest residential and commercial property developers in Northern Ireland to recruit for a Property Acquisitions Manager to be based in their Derry head office. With current projects valuing £150M, this well-established team of professionals work across the UK with a variety of high profile clients.
Your new role
The successful candidate will specialise in UK, N.I & ROI acquisitions. You will assist in underwriting asset management activities, deal monitoring and investment strategy. Primary areas of responsibility will include financial modelling, deal appraisal, market review for investments, internal reporting and presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will preferably have either an education in or experience of commercial estate investment and analysis and possess strong quantitative skills. Additionally to this candidates must have the following: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role; Previous experience of property acquisitions; Full Driving Licence; Strong attention to detail; Negotiation and influencing skills; Ability to prioritise; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
