Quantity Surveyor - Developer

The business operates a lean developer model, employing just 6 staff focused on 5 current schemes. The developments are residential developments in zones 2 - 4. The team of development managers is keen to hire a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to assist in the development feasibility, procurement and delivery of high design residential developments with GDV £10 - £50m.

The business operates a lean developer model, employing just 6 staff focused on 5 current schemes. The developments are residential developments in zones 2 - 4. The team of development managers is keen to hire a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to assist in the development feasibility, procurement and delivery of high design residential developments with GDV £10 - £50m.

The role will be to support the development managers in the review of new sites, acquisition due diligence, procurement and delivery. The role will report to the Managing Director and be instrumental in the businesses plans. The role will have the opportunity to build a commercial department as the business grows.

The successful individual maybe working in consultancy or maybe involved in contracting or have made the move to the client side. However the successful individual will be able to demonstrate a self starter profile able to work in collaboration with a high level team adding value to the development process.

Their offices are based close to Regent Street.
