Your new company
This public sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire have a portfolio of different properties that they manage across a large region. They currently have a Principal Estate Surveyor job on a temporary basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for taking the lead in the delivery of estate management services for a variety of different properties, supporting the Manager and assisting junior members of the team.
You will look after property management, valuation and landlord and tenant matters to ensure best value for money is achieved and helps towards the strategic property plan.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Estate Surveyor, confident in landlord and tenant issues.
You will have a relevant qualification, and Chartered status.
Driving licence and vehicle access are essential

What you'll get in return
You will be working on an ongoing basis. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate and paid on a weekly basis. You will have access to an online portal to submit and manage timesheets.
