Commercial Property Management

It is expected that the candidate will initially manage a portfolio of central London office properties, reporting to the Asset Manager for the portfolio. Specific criteria for the candidate required include:

  • MRICS with c 3-5years PQE.
  • Property management experience, preferably from within a reputable consultancy.
  • Experience across prime central London assets would be beneficial, however candidates with experience across other sectors will be considered.
  • A good knowledge of current landlord and tenant legislation.
  • Ability to oversee service charge management, prepare budgets, oversee audits and a thorough knowledge of current service charge legislation.
  • Ability to manage external advisors across a range of disciplines.
  • Experienced user of TRAMPS or equivalent management software.
  • Good communication skills will be required to liaise directly with tenants in order to ensure continually high levels of service.
  • Assist with production of business plans and be comfortable reporting to board level.
  • Full driving licence.

A successful candidate will be expected to take an active role within Lothbury’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) team which is responsible for implementation and monitoring of Lothbury’s ESG Targets and Objectives at corporate and property level. This will include the collection and inputting of data for fund sustainability benchmarks.
