A UK wide, industry leading law firm are recruiting for a Property Portfolio and Health and Safety Manager. They work with organisations of all sizes, from FTSE 100 to SME's. The business work from a prestigious office in the city centre of Birmingham, and have a large operational and back office presence in the city.
Your new role
The Property Portfolio and Health & Safety Manager will join the Operations tea in Birmingham. You will be responsible for assisting all offices and will be reporting to the Head of Client Services & Facilities. You'll be responsible for managing the property portfolio on a day to day basis, ensuring all health and safety processes and procedures are met, dealing with all expired leases and renewals, finding new premises, dealing with fit out and property works at all offices and carrying out ad hoc assignments as requested by Head of Client Services and Facilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will ideally NEBOSH qualified and a member of the RICS. It's important you have property law knowledge and solid experience in all aspects of property acquisition; including, property portfolio management and disposal, lease negotiation, landlord management, handling agent management and contractor and supplier management
