Your new role
The Head of Strategic Audit is responsible for enabling the surveying organisation to meet its obligations to deliver effective self-regulation, specifically by delivering high quality, transparent robust regulatory compliance reports. They're currently building up our regulatory capability, including making substantial investment in order to ensure they can deliver effective regulation.The purpose of this job is to provide strategic leadership and direction, supporting the development of technical standards working closely with senior manager's internal stakeholders and other Industry stakeholders. This will include defining requirements for training, product development and defining the strategy for risk led compliance model.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will need to be an experienced manager within property and surveying. Ideally you will have experience managing project and implementing new ideas. It's important you are open to learning new areas and developing your skill set.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of c£65,000 + benefits. The organisation offers excellent opportunities for progression and a flexible, home based approach.
