This client are well established across the country and are ever expanding. They provide property advice to a variety of clients covering a vast portfolio.
Your new role
In this role you will provide property advice to clients who have disabilities, such as brain damage. The portfolio varies from small private residential to large multi-million pound projects. You will acquire property, foreseeing the problems that property may bring and preparing in advance for these. You will undertake reactive maintenance and some valuation surveys. You will cover the North patch, which is North of Birmingham.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered (MRICS) residential Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience. You may have experience in social housing and customers who may be disabled. Ideally you will be accustomed to working on a large portfolio of properties. You may have some legal knowledge about litigation, or court protection.
