Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a Client Side Real Estate Group who is a fully integrated real estate business that provides full in house property services. This company hold a proven track record when investing into property across the UK & Europe with over 150 Assets under management. This is a new chapter in the company's history with new funds soon to be released.
Your new role
Property Management - To undertake day to day management work on a portfolio of properties, whilst working towards the qualifications to become a Chartered Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for client reporting, preparation of service charge budgets and reconciliation packs. This surveyor will also be attending client meetings, site inspections, coordinating with FM managers and maintaining health and safety records.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferably MRICS or a degree in Real Estate Management or similar property training and post graduate experience of property management. A reliable, organised and enthusiastic team player who is flexible and able to multi-task, the ability to meet tight deadlines is imperative.
