This is a rare opportunity to join the real estate division for one of the largest banks in the world, based on capitalisation. This globally recognised figure is currently represented in over 37 countries and has over 70,000 employees. The opportunity on offer is to join the Corporate Real Estate where you will be tasked with driving growth across EMEA & Asia-Pacific.

Your new role

The successful candidate will provide real estate expertise, strategy and direction on all major property initiatives in EMEA & Asia-Pacific. You will be required to support the business in securing or renewing operation premises, identifying and negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve the common project/program objectives. Further responsibilities will include, maximising space utilisation, minimising costs and work collaboratively with the Transaction management / facilities teams to deliver projects on time.

What you'll need to succeed

The business requires a "doer" who has the ability to create opportunity, lead and optimise the real estate strategy while creating reports on the property portfolio. You will have experience and a proven track record managing international / overseas transactions rather than overseeing or leading a team to complete the work. Experience in APAC or financial institutions is desired however not essential. A minimum requirement will involve professional real estate qualifications (RICS).
