Estates and Facilities
The Estates and Facilities Department require the support of an experienced Property Manager to manage what is a significant property portfolio of new, old and leasehold interests.
The Property Manager will be required to lead on managing leasehold interests, property title issues, service level agreements, landlord and tenant relationships, service charges, licences to alter and any associated contract negotiations with key external partners.
