Graduate Property Analyst, Public Sector, Central London, Permanent Job, Salary £25,000 - £31,000

This is an immediately requirement for one of the largest real estate landlords & occupiers across the UK. This is a challenging role analysing complex central .London portfolios, full training will be provided on the job.

The company was established back in 2013 where they are responsible for the facilities & property management functions across various national trusts. The aim is to deliver outstanding quality across the estate, generating cost efficient asset strategies.

Your new role

This is an opportunity to provide real estate analytics that will support key real estate decisions across the estate, as well as preparing investment appraisals. You will be supporting the Property Analyst Manager in preparing key financial model s to aid real estate decision making for the organisation. Financial models which include discounted cash flows and P&Ls, comparing options where appropriate. You will be required to question and challenge the inputs provided by all individuals at all levels within the organisation, ensuring the outputs make sense and the rationales explanations are robust.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree or equivalent or relevant experience of real estate modelling, a sound knowledge and skills in the practical applications of all MS Office products, notably Excel. The successful candidate will have an understanding of preparing financial models to tight timescales for the purposes of investment appraisal. The appropriate candidate will be numerate with the ability to analyse and interpret data and information accurately and effectively. You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to work at a detailed level, identify inconsistencies and make necessary changes or recommend changes where these have a significant impact on outcomes.
