MRICS Property Manager required to take responsibility for the delivery of the day to day management, landlord and tenant and full reporting requirements for a Merseyside based portfolio.
You will be required to liaise with clients, attend regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction and support the delivery of total property management.
You will ensure all statutory compliance and requirements are met and manage service charge budget reviews. A close working relationship with the finance team with ensure efficient invoicing and credit control. MRICS qualification along with lease review experience is key to this interim contract.
