Supported Housing Manager based in Croydon managing a team of 6 staff. 8 - 12 Week temporary contract, 28 Hours a week paying £18.47 + business expenses.
Your new company
My client is a small to medium sized Housing Association who are celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year! This Housing Association currently owns and manages over 1400 properties and are continuing to grow. They provide a number of housing related services including tenancy management, rent advice, benefit and money advice to a range of clients.
Your new role
As a senior Co-ordinator you will be responsible for a team of 6 staff to ensure the effective delivery of intensive housing services to customers. You will lead the team in achieving the highest standards and effectiveness in service delivery to the residents across the supported and older person's accommodation. You will ensure they are achieving the organization objectives of maximising income and meeting the legal and statutory obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be the first point of contact for stakeholders and support providers, delivering support and or services within the buildings to resolve issues regarding health and safety and building maintenance so experience dealing with this is essential. You will undertake regular liaison with support providers and other partners to maintain relationships, protocols and partnership working with both internal and external partners and key agencies, therefore communication skills are key in this role.

In return you will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £18.47. This role is initially for 8-12 weeks on a part time basis (28 hours a week) Working hours are flexible. Start Date ASAP.
