Job opportunity for a Development Project Manager overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Your new company
Your new company is a private practice based in the Bootle area.

Your new role
Your new role as Development Project Manager will require you to oversee various commercial construction schemes from inception to completion, including all front end feasibility studies. You will liaise with stakeholders, procure and design the project at the start and then deliver the project through to completion in a timely and cost effective manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar role and ideally a background in land management, planning, acquisition and disposal, building surveying or urban development. with experience in delivering high value schemes.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a 6 month contract with the scope for extension thereafter. You will receive competitive pay depending on experience.
