Job Title: Resourcing Advisor
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (35 hours per week)
We are offering the exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborated HR function providing resourcing support to the business. This opportunity is to join the Recruitment team as a Resourcing Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for working in partnership with the business to design and develop candidate attraction. This will be an interesting and varied role where you will be providing advice and direction on resourcing to the wider business. In addition you will have the opportunity to get involved in delivering some of the inputs for shaping the recruitment strategy and processes going forward. Previous experience in Graduate Recruitment and Assessment centres would be desirable but not essential. There are three portfolio's within our business, retirement, bespoke/property services and shared services and all post holders are expected to work together to ensure a co-ordinated approach to resource management. To be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar role and have an ability to contribute to business development by supporting the head of resourcing in developing effective resourcing solutions.
What you'll be doing:Provide consultative advice to stakeholders within the head office function based on the current market, trends, and the business needs. Work on our graduate recruitment and assessments Take part and facilitate our assessment centres across the business Work with the HR Team to identify future needs and build relationships with high quality external talent. Pipelining talent and creating talent pools for each business area. Focus on direct sourcing through LinkedIn and other attraction techniques to ensure cost effectiveness whilst securing top talent. Working on marketing and attraction tools including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, search engine marketing as well as job-boards.
What you'll be responsible for:Managing high volume recruitment campaigns from start to finish Conducting telephone screenings/ interviews by asking the relevant questions to engage candidates Managing the careers inbox and generic telephone Supporting the Resourcing Manager on projects Having ownership for the day to day 360 recruitment piece Coordinating face to face interviews end to end i.e. providing candidates with up to date copies of the job and person specifications Liaising with hiring managers by acting as a consultant, advising on sourcing methods and time management Drafting fully detailed job descriptions, ready for advertising across all job boards Direct sourcing across all sourcing tools Social media champion, both internally and externally Ensuring that the 'offer of employment' process is followed in accordance to the onboarding procedure. Initiating and leading team PI projects as well as supporting transformational projects
