Estates Surveyor role based in Tunbridge Wells working for a Local Authority.

Reporting into the Acting Property & Estates Manager - Estates, as Estate Surveyor you will be part of a team of three surveyors and will assist with the day-to-day and strategic management of the Council's portfolio to maximise financial and operational performance.

Your new role
Leading on the asset needs of major projects, property reviews and options appraisals, and advising on the short, medium and long term strategy for the asset portfolio, it is essential that you have previous property experience and an understanding of local government. As a degree educated Estate Surveyor you should have full working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant and Property legislation, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
