As a chartered planner (or about to become chartered) you will have consultancy experience, preferably in London, and be looking at making the step into a prestigious team while learning from some of the best in the planning world.

With a Planning related degree, you will be interested in working on some of the most prestigious schemes across London in which past client include the major estate holders such as Land Securities, British Land and Grosvenor, putting your knowledge and skills to the test.

As a representative of the company, your verbal and written communication skills will allow you to formulate a sturdy argument and acting within the best interest of your client while also making sure that local authorities and the local community favour the proposed development.

My client is one of the leading property companies in the west end, has one of the largest Planning and Development teams and is looking to expand their team, given the increased workload they have received recently.

I am a specialist recruiter of Town Planning professionals and am constantly working on a number of roles. If this role doesn't sound of interest but you are open to a conversation, please contact me (Antony) on 020 7318 5851 or send your CV
