Strategic Estates Advisors – London and regional bases
Permanent (full or part time), competitive salary, paying up to £60,000 depending on experience and location, plus merit related bonus
- We are looking to recruit a number of Strategic Estates Advisors to support the continuing expansion of our role following the recent Naylor review
- This is an exciting, supportive and multi-skilled, expanding team
- Locations include London, West Midlands, East of England, SE England, SW England - (roles may potentially be home based)
This is a regional role in the combined NHS Property Services (NHS PS) and Community Health Partnerships (CHP) Strategic Estates Planning team. It is a challenging and diverse job, spanning across the wider healthcare system as part of an independent, in-house, property advisory function, working to understand and align clinical needs, with property options and solutions, in relation to healthcare and administrative properties.
Our aim is to deliver outstanding quality property advice across NHS organisations, generating cost efficiencies that will benefit patients and the wider health economy
You will need to be an adaptable and enthusiastic, well rounded real estate professional, who is delivery focussed and able to engage with stakeholders at a senior level, have a sound understanding of commercial real estate, options assessment, and strong analytical skills. You will be able to identify and quickly develop an in-depth understanding of estates opportunities including optimisation, rationalisation, acquisition, disposal, and lease restructuring opportunities.
