Global cost management consultancy seeks to recruit experienced Project Manager
Your new company
Your new cost management consultancy provides a wide range of management services to clients across a broad spectrum including the industrial, retail, education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
Your new role
You will be responsible for management of projects through the relevant governance processes to time, quality, and budget and safety standards; supporting and implementing change management decisions with key stakeholders; stakeholder management by way of client and contractor liaison.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in a construction discipline and have experience working with in a project management team. You will have pre and post contract experience in all aspects of construction project management. The ideal candidate will have retail fitout experience including stakeholder management.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of c£30000 - £40000 plus pension, healthcare, holiday and generous bonus. You will be challenged in this role so someone who is up for a challenge would be ideal and this will allow you to make your make and move up in the organisation.
