Our client, a specialist Development and Project Management company are seeking a construction Project Manager to join their team.
The company work closely with the top 15 funds and also major real estate investors, with the majority of their projects in warehouse/distribution and non-food retail areas. The projects are either new build warehouse schemes up to a value of £50 million or asset-management led, refurbishment and extension projects of retail parks with a value between £1 and £10 million.
Most of their projects are based in the West Midlands and Northamptonshire and down the M6/M1 corridor, therefore they are looking for candidates that live within this region to easily access their projects. You should have previous experience working on commercial development projects, ideally within the retail or distribution area. They are seeking a person that is perhaps on their first career move after becoming a Project Manager, so you can handle the workload, but at the same time still feel there is some growth to come in your experience and career.
The company affords a great deal of flexibility and trust to you as to how you structure your working week, but as a rough guide you should expect to be on site 2 days a week, in London visiting your fund clients 1 day a week, and the rest working from home.
An excellent financial package will be provided including competitive salary and generous bonus running at between 10% and 20% of salary.
