Interim Facilities Manager required to lead a multi-disiplinary facilities team and manage key contracts across a nationwide portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment is provided by meeting statutory obligations.
You will deliver reactive and planned maintenance programmes, manage budgets and capital expenditure, manage office moves, capital projects and refurbishments all within time and budget constraints.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience of managing multi-site locations, team leadership and stakeholder management. IT literacy and full driving licence required for this three month contract.
