Your new role
The role of the Project Manager will help support the Property and Surveying team in managing Education and Healthcare projects across the Kent and South East, you will fit in to a team of 10 and tasked with taking projects from conception through to completion, managing client and contractor expectations within the new build and refurbishment environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience within a Project Manager role within a consultancy, knowledge of JCT (D&B) forms of contracts as well as understanding of the procurement process. Ideally you will hold MRICS status, but it is not essential for this role.
What you'll get in return
In return as the Project Manager, you can expect a salary of up to £45k plus benefits which include; a pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, healthcare and additional benefits if MRICS.
