Job Title: Administrator
Location: New Milton
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To effectively and professionally carry out full administration duties for the Site Management Office and to provide administrative support to the Development Manager, staff, residents and contractors.

SCOPE OF JOB
Co-ordinate shift rotas and organise staff cover where required.
Oversee efficient parcel storage system and contact residents when parcel collection is overdue.
Maintain relevant filing systems.
Action all incoming communications and, where appropriate, take necessary action in consultation with the Development Manager.
Draft and process written communication.
Attend meetings and take minutes where necessary and/or as advised by the Development Manager.
Answer and respond to telephone calls.
Raise Reactive and Annual Purchase Orders as and when required, ensuring correct data entry of schedules and cost headings.
Authorise staff holiday absences via the online recording system.
Liaise regularly with landlords and residents in order to maintain and update Residents’ Details database.
Deal with resident enquiries, whether in person, telephone or written communication.
Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes and ascertain availability.
Liaise with relevant Head Office personnel including Customer Service Co-ordinators and Accounts.
Ensure stationery, standard documentation and cleaning supplies are frequently replenished.
Any other reasonable duties as required for the performance of the role.
