Following the Secretary of State for Transport’s announcement, High Speed Two Limited (HS2 Ltd) is proceeding to the implementation stage of this transformational infrastructure project which will initially link London and Birmingham. As such, we are now seeking a number of Property professionals to join the implementation team.

As part of our Property Team, you will be responsible for the management of HS2 Limited growing and varied estate, to maximise use of assets and ensure their availability for construction of the railway when required. All aspects of property management including landlord and tenant, planned and reactive maintenance programmes, security arrangements and health & safety will be required.

The successful candidates are likely to be qualified Chartered Surveyors who will have a proven track record in multi-site property management including for major public sector infrastructure or regeneration projects.

You are likely to have gained experience of the acquisition, management and disposal of property across a diverse property portfolio.

In addition to your programme and project management skills, proven budget and people management experience will be key, as will your excellent communication skills.

An appreciation of the role and structure of Government and development of public policy may be helpful.
