£40,000 to £60,000 Plus benefits

Following the Secretary of State for Transport’s announcement, High Speed Two Limited (HS2 Ltd) is proceeding to the implementation stage of this transformational infrastructure project which will initially link London and Birmingham. As such, we are now seeking a number of Property professionals to join the implementation team.

As Property Systems and Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the ownership and management of all of HS2’s core property data. Reporting to the Head of Property, you will be supported by a small team.

Specifically, you will develop and manage a comprehensive electronic map and text based property information management system for HS2, manage all HS2 property information and provide procurement and contract management of all external services required to support the Property service within HS2.

You will be an experienced practitioner or senior administrator in the property sector and in the effective recording and administration of property records for a large organisation.

A working knowledge of property information management systems is required, as is the ability to contribute to a high performing team, particularly in delivering reliable, accurate and up to date information on property holdings and related data.

This role also requires someone who is highly organised and has the ability to manage contractual arrangements and budgets for the provision of externally sourced services, and to monitor and drive value and performance improvement from those contracts.

An appreciation of the role and structure of Government and development of public policy may be helpful.
