Job: Director of Property & Asset Management, Tai Calon

£63,000 - £74,000 plus a contributory pension scheme, and 30 days annual leave

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and inspirational leader, keen to break down barriers and drive change culture in Tai Calon, a brand new housing organisation in south Wales.

You will be passionate about achieving excellence across our responsive repairs and refurbishment works. We have a £111 million programme to deliver to our 6250 homes over the next 5 years, and you will instrumental in delivering to targets set in close consultation with our tenants and residents.  You will already have experience of real achievement and leadership in a social housing or similar environment, and will be keen to develop our broader asset management strategy over the next five years and beyond.

As a member of the corporate leadership team, you will need to be passionate about involving not only our residents, staff and board members but also the wider community.
